Hey there! My name is Natalie. I'm a full-stack marketing leader driving data-backed, purpose-driven growth. As a consumer-centric and strategic communicator, I have deep experience leading end-to-end marketing campaigns, uncovering audience insights, and translating data into clear, actionable marcom strategies. I’m especially passionate about sustainability, equity, and creating work with measurable impact.
Currently, I serve as a Marketing Manager at the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago where I lead high-impact campaigns from strategy through execution across a diverse portfolio of programs and audiences. My work integrates audience insights, brand strategy, data analysis, and more to identify growth opportunities and strengthen the brand.
I bring a global perspective shaped by a diverse upbringing, multilingualism, and international academic and professional experience. I also hold an M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University, and I'm a lifelong Chicagoan!
Beyond my role at the Y, I serve on the Board of the Illinois Climbers Association, supporting outdoor access, stewardship, and community-driven advocacy. Outside of work, you’ll find me rock climbing, photographing the natural world, or picking up trash! I really enjoy providing pro bono marketing and communications support for mission-aligned organizations.
